THE TERR ACE BAR BRIGHTON
Perched above Kings Road in Brighton, with wide-open views across the big
blue, our Terrace Bar at Pearly Cow is back for its second summer - and this
time, it’s all about the bar.
Think coastal cocktails, long spritzes, chilled rosé and proper sundowners,
with the buzz of Brighton’s seafront all around. What starts as a laid-back
afternoon has a habit of turning into something longer, especially as golden
hour rolls in and the sun slips behind the pier, this is Brighton at its best.
There’s plenty happening across the week - Friday DJ sets bringing the energy
as the evening rolls in, midweek Steak Nights on the terrace, and a steady
flow of reasons to find yourself back here again. Menus follow the coast and
the seasons, with beautifully aged steaks, fresh oysters, line-caught fish and
generous sharing dishes. It’s first come, first served - so arrive early.
