We call some of Britain’s best-loved towns and cities home.
It’s lovely to have you here, with us amongst these pages. If you’re reading through, chances are you already know a little (or maybe a lot) about us.
But in case you’re curious about who we are – here’s the lowdown…
The story of GuestHouse begins with our city hotels. Back in 2021, we opened No. 15 Bath. No. 15 is smart, stately, perfectly dressed in honeyed stone, and can be
found on the iconic Great Pulteney Street. Next, came No. 1 York, a regency townhouse with towering sash windows, sky-high ceilings, a sweeping staircase that begs
for a dramatic entrance, and Virginia creeper that climbs like it’s reaching for romance.
After city, came coast, and in Summer 2023, we welcomed Margate’s open tides with open arms. No. 42 Margate sits right opposite the sea and golden swathes of
sand. Pure seaside seduction. Think plush rooms, knockout details, and views that flirt with the horizon. Our newest member of the GuestHouse family is No. 124
Brighton, which opened in November 2024. Our second seaside showstopper, No. 124 Brighton brings style, soul and nostalgic glamour with a side of rock’n’roll.
Each of our hotels has its own tale to tell - woven from the character and culture of its home. They’re designed for spontaneous getaways, spa weekends, nostalgic
escapes, and brilliant moments with your favourite people (dogs included). Inside, you’ll find mood-lifting Spas, inviting Bars, and, in some, our signature restaurant:
Pearly Cow - where the land meets the sea, flames meet frost, and indulgence is a way of life.
To make every stay special, all of our rooms and suites come with a record player and a stack of vinyls so you can soundtrack your stay. And if the need-for-nibbles
strikes, our complimentary help-yourself pantries are brimming with snacks (and zero side-eye for midnight raids).
